MLF’s client was not required to fund any portion of the class-action settlement.

A St. Helena property owner retained MLF to litigate against the general contractor who constructed his multi-million dollar vineyard estate when roofing deficiencies resulted in property damage in the main residence. The settlement of the lawsuit resulted in MLF’s client recovering $319,715 in damages.
