Jim provides truly exceptional legal representation. I am so thankful I had Jim as my counsel in a very challenging construction defects case, and in another matter involving the sale of our personal residence.  I’ve been involved in the construction industry for over 20 years, from ground-up construction through the sale of custom homes, and in my book Jim is simply the best real estate and construction lawyer there is, period. *
